Challenge Groups

Challenge Groups are my very favorite thing about being a Beachbody Coach! These are private groups run through a free app called My Challenge Tracker that you can download in the App store.

Challenge groups help to motivate and support you while keeping you accountable for following through and completing your program.

My challenge groups:

  • Start with a Prep Week to teach you about clean eating and how to fit it into your lifestyle
  • Provide a systematic approach to meal planning and prepping ahead
  • Get you REAL results
  • Provide motivation and support
  • Include recipes, grocery lists, and snack ideas
  • Hold you accountable for doing the daily habits and behaviors that lead to the results you want!
